Astros Release 2014 Schedule

     The Astros have released the 2014 schedule. Notables on the schedule at first glance include beginning our season in the juice box against the Yankees, a stint against the NL West, a home series against the Red Sox to end the first half, an 11 day road trip, and a 7 game homestand against the Rangers and the A's in late August that could have playoff implications. May as well as June provides a tough schedule with teams like Baltimore, Detroit, Dallas, Washington, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Arizona, and Kansas City on the calender. I fully expect that if the bullpen is addressed the Astros will handily win 20 more games in the 2014 campaign than so in the 2013 season. Look for 2014 to be the platform where the foundation of the fruition to come of the rebuild is laid. You can find the schedule at the Astros website here.
