Bud Deals, and Chris Carter is a Full Grown Man As 'Stros Take the W

Today the Astros took on the Rays in game 3 of the 4 game contest. Bud norris and Roberto Hernandez were tabbed to start the game. Bud had another strong outing, continuing his success at home, going 7 innings, surrendering 6 hits, 3 walks, 1 earned run, and 5 strikeouts, lowering his ERA to 3.22. In other, ground breaking news, The Houston Astros committed no errors today, thus confirming we have entered into the beginning stages of tribulation and eventual end of the world. The 'Stros won by a final of 4-1 moving to (31-54).

Offensively:
Chris Carter had a massive day at the plate going 2-3, w/ 2 bombs, driving in all 4 runs. Carter moved to 17 homeruns on the year w/ 44 RBI's. J.D., Wallace, and Altuve each went 1-3 on the day. Its nice to see Carter's improved plate approach as of late, I guarendamntee you he turns the corner soon even more so.

Pitching:
Bud Norris got the call today and had a strong outing with a line of 7 innings, 6 hits, 3 walks, 1 earned run, and 5 strikeouts. Jose Cisnero came onto the 8th, allowing 1 hit, and 1 strikeout. Jose Veras came on for the ninth, allowing the same exact line of 1 hit, and 1 strikeout, converting his 17th successful save on the year.
