For the record, Jarred Cosart, Jonathan Villar, and Brad Peacock were absent from our rankings due to the fact that Cosart, and Villar are currently in the major leagues, and Peacock has spent time at the ML level and will most likely be there soon. The top 7 were pretty clear cut for me, but it got tricky after that point. Even with Cosart, Villar, and Peacock out, the latter portion of the rankings were still pretty deep with a lot of B- to C+ talent. The 2012 draft thus far looks very promising, accounting for 8 of the 20 top prospects as ranked by us here at Houston Bias. The future is indeed very bright. Let us know what you think of our rankings, what would you change? Any feedback would be appreciated. Go 'Stros!
